DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE?

Some classes are more vigorous, some are more restful. All sessions are open level. Our teachers encourage students to move and breathe at their own pace. Check out the class descriptons to help you choose a class you will enjoyl

CAN I DO YOGA IF I AM PREGNANT?

We encourage new moms to check in with their health care provider to be sure yoga is right for them at each stage of pregnancy. We love pregnant mammas and support any necessary modifications throughout pregnancy. Let your teacher know that you are expecting.

HOW AND WHEN DO I SIGN UP?

We are going paperless at Yoga Mala! We encourage you to sign up for your favorite classes online. When you arrive at the studio you may check yourself in using one of our ipads or at the front desk when we are staffed.     

HOW & WHEN DO I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

You may cancel your reservation online free of charge up to 12 hours before start time of class. If you "Late Cancel" or do not show up for your class, you will lose the class credit or be charged a fee. 

PARKING?

YOGA MALA REGINA: Metered street parking, or free 2 hour Saturday/all day Sunday.  Parkade, Cornwall Centre. YOGA MALA VANCOUVER: Metered street parking.
