HOW & WHEN DO I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

For in studio classes, You may cancel your reservation online free of charge up to 12 hours before start time of class. If you "Late Cancel" or do not show up for your class, you will lose the class credit or be charged a fee. We really want to see you in class!  If something goes wrong and you are not able to attend, send us an email so we know you are ok.

For virtual classes, you may cancel at any time without charge at this time, however, we do request out of consideration for the teacher that you cancel at least 30 min before class begins and avoid no-showing for same consideration.
