WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?


We recommend wearing stretchy yoga/fitness clothing that allow you move freely. For the sweaty classes, make sure you can layer down. For the more restful classes, make sure you can layer up.

Bare feet recommended, but you may bring a pair of socks to wear entering and leaving studio spaces. 

Mats are available to rent or BYOM (bring your own mat).

We love reusable water bottles with lids. There is a filtered water system on 3rd & 4th floors for refill your bottle.
