WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
We recommend wearing stretchy comfy clothing that allows you move freely. For the sweaty classes, make sure you can layer down. For the more restful classes, make sure you can layer up. You may also want to bring a small towel to layer over props and to use as a face cloth.
Bare feet recommended, but you may bring a pair of socks to wear entering and leaving studio spaces.
We recommend to bring your own mat and personal props for cleanliness....we do have extras but having your own items is ideal.
We love reusable water bottles with lids. There is a filtered water system on 3rd & 4th floors for refill your bottle.
