Lynndel Alexson

tānsi! nitisiyihkāson Lynndel Alexson ēkwa I’m from the Kahketwistahaw First Nations here in Treaty Four Territory. I started yoga in high school, then I took a course in post-secondary and I felt a connection to the philosophy of yoga. Through this exploration it lead me to Yoga Mala teacher training course. Since then I’ve developed such respect for yoga and fell more and more inlove with the practice. I’m grateful for the space yoga has provided in my own life. I hope people come to love yoga as much as I. I give my thanks to Emma for cultivating this space that’s so inclusive and welcoming. I hope to meet you on the mat.
