Mala Bliss🎶

Mala Bliss is a restorative yoga practice, perfect to calm the nervous system, and experience deep rest.  Props are used to fully support the body (bolsters, blankets, sand bags, eye bags, blocks).  Shapes are created to sooth and restore for long holds... with visualizations and breath work to set you up for peace. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep may be incorporated
