I’ve practiced at many different yoga studios and have attended many different classes, and none of them have provided an experience like Yoga Mala. I have so much gratitude for this studio and so honored to call Yoga Mala my yoga home. There is an incredible energy at Yoga Mala. The teachers are knowledgeable and are trained to guide students through a yoga experience that helps deepen and further their yoga practice.
