RESTORATIVE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING & YOGA NIDRA

WHO THIS IS FOR:
Anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of Yoga Nidra ability to teach Restorative Yoga.
For 200RYT, this course is eligible for 50 CEU with Yoga Alliance. CEU's are required to maintain your status as an RYT.
For teachers registered for the 500HR certification at Yoga Mala, these course hours count toward the 300HR certification.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
Explore Restorative Yoga from a teaching perspective and experience this deeply restful practice. Learn how to apply Restorative Yoga techniques to different types of classes and special populations. Learn about Yoga Nidra. You will have the opportunity to practice teach and refine your teaching skills.
