Yoga has brought a positive consistency to my life, allowing me new perspective on myself, the choices I make, and the direction I want my life to have. I enjoy the different styles of yoga taught at Yoga Mala. I realize the benefits that each style offers and how they complement one another.


I have noticed the influence my practice is having in transforming the quality of my health and my outlook on life. I have less physical pain in my lower back, and with regular practice, yoga helps keep the pain in check.
 I believe I have become more spiritually-minded. This is a direct result of the practice of breathing and devoting time for self-examination and reflection.
