It also allow you to try all the different styles of yoga we offer, you can meet all our teachers, try out different class time and start to feel the benefits of a regular yoga practice.

No-one should feel intimidated to join any of our classes. Unless specified, our classes are open to all levels of experience. Work at your own pace.

Yin yoga is a great class for beginner students to increase flexibility and calm the nervous system. In Yin, poses are held for several minutes to slowly and safely open the connective tissue. You will love the healing therapeutic qualities of a yin class and leave with an overall feeling of lightness. A perfect way to destress and a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga.
Our Flow classes are fluid posture flows that will start to slowly ease you into your body and gradually increasing strength and flexibility of body and mind. Students will feel balanced and blissful leaving class.
Be sure to try Ashtanga Foundations, Kundalini, Soul Flow and Vinyasa as well! In all classes the teachers will provide instruction and modification options.
