We recommend wearing stretchy yoga wear that allow you move freely. Please leave all your belongings in the change rooms to keep the practice space open.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early for your class and remove shoes before entering the studio. This is a bare-foot space!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Just your beautiful self, water bottle and your own mat or you can rent one from the front desk. If you choose to bring your cell phone to class please be mindful of the space. Turn off cell phones and leave them in the change room.
CAN I EAT BEFORE CLASS?
Give yourself 2-3 hours to digest before you practice yoga. Your body will be more comfortable. It is best NOT to drink water during practice.
IS THE STUDIO HOT?
The studio is warm and kept at the optimal temperature for the health and wellbeing of your body.
Please refrain from wearing heavy scents to class. Many students have sensitivities to synthetic fragrances.
